SaunaGrove is an independent sauna comparison site. We sit between "I want a sauna" and "I bought one", do the comparison work, give you a clear verdict, and point you to a real seller. We research and compare across the market. We do not test in a lab, and we never claim to.

Most people who want a home sauna get stuck in the same place. There are dozens of brands, wildly different prices for what looks like the same box, and review counts that range from hundreds to one. We exist to close that gap. We curate the units worth considering, compare them side by side on the things that matter, give a clear verdict, and pass a decided buyer to a real seller. We are not a store, and we do not pretend to be one.
We research and compare, we do not lab-test
Our work is aggregation done well, not hands-on lab testing. We pull specs, prices, and real buyer sentiment from across the web and turn them into structured, side-by-side comparisons with an honest take. So we are clear about it: our positioning is "we research and compare across the market", never "we tested in a lab". That line is one we will not cross. Where we have not verified a spec or a unit has thin reviews, we say so on the page rather than hide it.
Independent, and honest about how we earn
SaunaGrove is funded by affiliate commissions. When you buy through one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and that is disclosed on every page. It never changes which unit we recommend or how we score it. We list multiple sellers per product where we can, so we are never tied to a single program and you always have a choice of where to buy. If a cheaper unit is the smarter buy, we will tell you so, even when it earns us less.
Who writes this
Pete Caldwell leads the editorial. He is a sauna master with 11 years in home saunas, from $200 portables to five-figure outdoor cabins. He researches and compares infrared, traditional, and outdoor models so you can buy the right one without the sales pitch. He is the voice behind our verdicts, and he is plain about it when something is overpriced.
How we keep it useful
Real prices, a fair comparison, and an honest verdict are the whole point. We compare the field across a dozen-plus infrared brands and give Pete's honest verdict on each, we refresh prices on a schedule so the numbers stay current, and we cite reputable sources for any health claim and soften anything the evidence does not fully support.
